America’s Best Value Inn on Sinclair Road was closed down indefinitely under a court order in August of this year. Although a number of motels in Northland have entered into court-ordered agreements with the city in order to maintain operations, ABVI on Sinclair is one of the rare properties that was actually ordered to close.
