Not only does rooftop gardening improve air quality and reduce the heat on the roof in the summer, it also provides additional real estate for community gardens.

WHY US

A design and investment venture sourced from within our own community, we are prepared to create and present plans that meet the needs of the communities in addition to the investors, rather than in spite of them. By prioritizing housing, innovative retail and energy efficiency, we can access additional funding streams that allow us to create a winning formula for everyone involved.

After decades of out-of-state investors parachuting into our community to build developments which line their pockets and attract none of their attention or passion, we are taking matters into our own hands. By sources private and public support for innovative mixed-use development, we will create beautiful structures that promote local property ownership, wealth building, and community health and vibrancy.

WHY NOW

The bad: In recent months and years, those of us involved in civic affairs have seen an increasing number of unappealing uses proposed for some of our underused parcels of land and failing motels. "Micro-apartments" made out of old motel rooms with no amenities is not our idea of progress.

The good: The convergence of public funds available to build for the future of our warming climate, and local financial support for new/small developers proposing innovative project to increase the amount and quality of housing in Columbus changes the equation for profitable and high-quality building projects that serve the community and elevate the neighborhood. Financially viable projects need not be at odds with community standards and neighborhood pride.

Investment. Involvement. Plug into the project.
